Why We Built This Site
Public access does not always make routing simple. Desha County Circuit Court handles felonies, major civil matters, domestic relations, probate, juvenile cases, and district appeals. The Dumas and McGehee departments keep separate traffic, misdemeanor, small-claims, and limited civil dockets. Arkansas also uses Search ARCourts for public case information and eFlex for authenticated filing. We bring those distinctions, clerk contacts, and official links into a single county-focused reference so a reader can start with the right court.

What We Cannot Do
Desha County Court Docket is not part of the Arkansas Judiciary, Desha County government, or any clerk's office. Its role has firm limits.
- We cannot retrieve an official file or docket for a visitor.
- We cannot set, confirm, continue, or cancel a hearing.
- We cannot seal, remove, correct, or change any case entry.
- We cannot issue certified records or file papers with a court.
- We cannot offer legal advice about a pending or completed case.
- We cannot guarantee that a fee, address, or schedule has not changed.
Only the court or clerk holding the original file can certify its contents. For Circuit Court records, contact Desha County Circuit Clerk Kristin Christmas at 870-222-0930.
Search Partners
Some content pages carry search boxes supplied by third parties. Those providers control their results, prices, privacy practices, and account terms. A paid referral may support this site when a visitor chooses a partner service. Partner output is not a Desha County court record and should be checked against the originating court or clerk.
